This Privacy Policy explains how Team Glossary ("the App"), developed by Prabu Software, handles your information when you use our monday.com application.

2. Information We Access

To provide its functionality, the App accesses the following data from your monday.com account:

  • Item names and column values (for auto-scanning in the Context Assistant)
  • Workspace information for storing the glossary database
  • User information to track term authorship

This data is accessed through the monday.com API and is used solely to provide glossary functionality.

3. Information We Store

The App stores the following data within monday.com's storage system:

  • Glossary terms and definitions created by users
  • Department assignments for each term
  • Usage examples and related links
  • Timestamps and author information for each term

All data is stored using monday.com's Global Storage feature and remains within the monday.com platform.

4. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not:

  • Store your data on external servers
  • Collect personal information beyond what monday.com provides
  • Share any data with third parties
  • Use your data for advertising or marketing purposes
  • Track your usage behavior outside of the App

5. Data Processing

All data processing occurs within the monday.com platform environment using monday.com Code hosting. The App does not transmit your glossary data to external servers.

6. Data Security

Your data is protected by monday.com's security infrastructure. We follow best practices for application development and implement concurrency handling to prevent data loss during simultaneous edits.

7. Data Retention

Glossary data is retained as long as the App is installed in your workspace. Upon uninstallation, all stored glossary data will be deleted manually within 10 days.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access all glossary terms through the Main Library
  • Edit or delete any terms you have created
  • Request deletion of all stored data by contacting us

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this policy.
