By installing or using Team Glossary ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

Team Glossary is a monday.com application that provides a centralized repository for team terminology, acronyms, and definitions. The App includes a Main Library (Custom Object) for managing terms and a Context Assistant (Item View) for accessing definitions while working on tasks.

3. Use of the App

You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose and in compliance with all applicable laws and monday.com's terms of service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your monday.com account credentials and for the content you add to the glossary.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of the terms and definitions you create within the App. You are responsible for ensuring that content added to the glossary does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

5. Data and Privacy

The App stores glossary data within monday.com's storage system. We do not transmit your glossary content to external servers. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information about how we handle your data.

6. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Prabu Software and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Prabu Software be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data stored in the glossary.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
